Christian Life Coaching is my passion! My coaching approach is client centered focusing on the wellbeing trifold of mind, body and soul.
Together we will determine your personal goals, establish a plan for success and then get busy accomplishing what we have set out to do!
Faith is a large factor in my coaching style, without it I would not be the person I am today. Prayer and scripture are intertwined in each session. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7
I am retired from the armed forces where I served for 24 years in a human resources capacity. During this time I graduated with honors from Park University with a Bachelors of Science in Social Psychology. In 2010 I completed a Masters of Science in Human Services - Marriage and Family from Liberty University with a 3.6 GPA. After retirement in 2013 I transitioned to teaching Leadership Education to high school students as an Air Force Junior ROTC Instructor until June 2017. I currently hold a North Carolina teaching license in this discipline.
As an instructor, my main focus was to teach my student life skills that they will take with them beyond high school and college such as communication skills, problem solving, creative and critical thinking, self-awareness/empathy, self-control, and resilience. I also served as a drill team coach, instructed over 800 hours of team practice and coached my teams at more than 400 competitions, performances and community service events.
Additionally I was a mentor to several students submerged in difficult life challenges as many students, young adults and professionals are faced with today. This experience fueled my drive to be a Christian Life Coach and strive to be a glimmer of light to those that I am blessed to come into contact with.
Many blessings to you,
